- Girls play at proper age level
- "Grandfather" girls at current age group
- If there are not enough players at U14, the procedure for moving players up would be (1) find out who would be interested in playing up, (2) if there is a greater interest than needed to make a team, players would be selected by way of evaluation.
- U12 to be a full competitive team
- 20-25 games
- Four skates per week
- Registration rate will increase
- Schedule U12 and U14 practice together
- Begin a new girls developmental team
- Two skates per week
- 4-5 games
- Purpose is attract new girls of all ages, giving them a chance to find out about hockey without the intimidating time and financial commitments.

Girls Hockey
Please leave any and all comments and ideas. Middlebury Girls Hockey is growing in excitement. Thank you to all involved. From players and coaches to the families that support them everyone has made this a fun and successful year. The ideas I have proposed are not a response to any issue or problem but a natural progression for the program. I am looking forward to reading any and all comments.
